Welcome to 8th Grade Science.
I am looking forward to many exciting adventures and new challenges this school year. I hope that you come to school this year as thrilled as I am and I hope that this is the best year you could ever imagine. I am excited about the opportunity to get to know you. You are the most important part of my classroom. I am counting on your ideas and participation as we explore the hydrosphere, travel through geologic time, and experiment with chemistry. These are just a few of the adventures we will take.

Below are some of the exciting experiments we did in class.
This activity was a chemical reaction of menthos and diet coke. We tested different brands of soda to see if there was a difference in the reaction rate.
